Amazing work environment, flexibility at its finest, and a lot of growth opportunities

Starting salary is not as high as other industries, heavily dependent on outside factors when it comes to selling the shipping services

Pros

Great pay. Relatively easy to scale your income quickly. Especially as a young person. No doubt there are some people making 100k after 1 year.

Cons

Customers come and go very easily. A lot of competition in this field. If you don’t hit your number you’re on the chopping block causing constant stress.
