Management. Current Manager and Higher Ups. Micromanagement. Too much responsibility for little to no benefit/compensation. Compensation Structure Changed YOY. Got worse every year i worked there. False Promises (LIES) From Management. Minimal Commission Compared to the rest of the FTL Broker Market. Poor Pay. Poor Training. Low Level Training. High Expectations.

The culture is amazing. I've never experienced such a positive and encouraging work environment. Most jobs treat their employees like they're suppose to live to work. Here, that is not the case. You work to live your best life. The work/life balance is incredible. Everyone knows, expects, and encourages you to have a life outside of work. They truly care about you loving what you do. Training is super thorough and truly prepares you for what you'll be doing on a daily. I've never had such AMAZING training. The RSTs are the real MVPs. If for any reason you are not loving your current position, you can look into a different role at the company. Options are endless!! LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! I will never work anywhere else. I will retire here.

Cons

Cold calls are not the most fun, but it's all about the mindset. You have to keep a positive mindset and know that those calls have a purpose. Know that there is nothing to lose by making some cold calls. Trust the process, and you will succeed!
