      It’s only up from here

      They paint you a pretty picture but it’s not what it seems. You are walking from business to business selling such a over saturated commodity. Be prepared to spend 20 hours outside of work memorizing the script the exact way your manager wants you to. They churn through employees so fast don’t worry they will always be hiring. When I was working there I wasn’t allowed to sell to woman. It’s a dirty job and I promise if you look a little harder you’ll find something worth you while.

Prospecting and selling to all types of businesses, including women-owned, is how and why we have been, and continue to be, so successful.

      I absolutely loved my coworkers, and the office culture every morning! They were--hands down--the best part of the job.

      Cons

      The work was hard (which is not a con in and of itself), but it also swiftly became pointless. This is an outdoor sales job, and you spend 80% of your day going door-to-door to get small and medium-sized businesses to switch their logistics providers. However, once you DO convince them to switch, you will spend the majority of your time fixing issues with their invoices (they are ALWAYS wrong), and with the service they receive from our providers. Although initially it seems like you're doing a service for these companies by saving them money, ultimately they end up spending much more than they did originally. I could not in good conscience continue working for a company so unable to get their act together.

      Not much to mention here. This place is superficial and shallow.

      Cons

      Drama, drama and more drama. Be sure to read all of the other reviews about the catty & bad behavior in the corporate office because it is all true. I have never seen such adolescent behavior out of people who are supposed to be adults.
