      Stay on the bench verse taking this job... worst idea for recent college grads!!!

      Pros

      The only pro, if any, is to help you get your feet wet and be more knowledagle about what is important when looking for a position.

      Cons

      Wordwide Express likes to hire sharp motivated young college grads who don't know any better. They have no vacation plans, no employee benefits and is a sweat shop. from about 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. they will send you out on the road with very little training. There is no benefit in working for this company.

      Pros

      The culture here is something I have never experienced before in all my years of sales. The people you work for and work with are some of the most positive and energetic bunch I’ve ever had the pleasure to be around. When you’re here, your days are fast, and your success is unlimited. The potential for growth in this company is unmatched by any other, and I can proudly say I am happy to be along for the ride! If you are looking to find a place you can call home, somewhere that holds the comradery and excitement you’ve been searching for as a salesperson, then congratulations, you have found the right place to be. The interview process is thorough and very informative, they even give you the opportunity to see if the position you are applying for is right for you by letting you shadow your position for an entire day so you know it would be a perfect fit for you. I’m happy I made the transition to Worldwide Express, and I wholeheartedly believe that you will too!

      Cons

      Honestly, I’ll have to get back with you here. I’m having a hard time discovering any cons with this company and that is probably the most exciting thing about them!

      *Worldwide Express - Scandolous, Immoral, and Deceptive*

      Pros

      If you continuously produced highly profitable new business, this company will allow you to behave in any manner you prefer. Literally, I worked as an account executive for WWEX for 3 years and managed to exceed my sales quota nearly every month. In return I was given the opportunity to treat my fellow coworkers like they were trash. I rarely was required to come by our sales office, and generally, I was able to run wild.

      Cons

      So many negatives to this company that I don’t even know where to start. - Absolutely zero procedures in place. - Managemnt is highly disorganized and under qualified. - Sexism / Misogyny - Commission structure in nearly unattainable - They only hire business development staff who very physically attractive. - They are nothing more than a middleman shipping broker that resells UPS small package and freight transportation services.
