      Pros

      Quick training program 6k yearly bonus for 4 year degree My work day is 6am- 2:45 if you have a good team this is easily done yes I answer calls and txts after I leave. I have run a 4.5k Da unit for a year and half no previous food experience made over 90k last year you get what you put into it! 3 10 day vacations are nice and well deserved. I was made selectable after only 6 months as a unit manager.

      Great Place to Earn Money and Experience

      Pros

      Awesome work structure, very hardworking people, strategically placed, long standing company, rigorous training so it means they care, business savvy, they are a hidden jewel in plain sight. I left because I had to commute kind of far, i could have mentioned that and get moved but I am an entrepreneur at heart and didn;t want to waste someone else's opportunity.

      Pros

      If you show up and do your job and mind your business, all is well for cooks and servers, unless you're shorthanded of understocked or need any help from the management.

      Cons

      understocked more often than not. When I was working there, I ended up having to call management multiple times for help and the management was never reachable. I'd go one by one up the chain until I got to the regional manager or maybe one higher than that in order to get a response from anyone.
