      Pros

      pay. can move up in the company quicker then most companies.

      Cons

      60-70 hours per week. on call 24 hours a day 6 days a week. 1 manager per unit with 18-25 employees and no real help from upper mangement. All upper management does is point out all your mistakes without support. Days off are a joke. You get phone calls from work every day... thats if you dont get screwed out of your days off.

      Pros

      Good pay, if you like cooking then it's pretty awesome, if you like waking up early then it's amazing, and it can have a pretty good atmosphere.

      Cons

      The job gets tiresome depending on how your manager is. Sometimes the scheduling works out for you, other times not so much. Waking up early is tough if you're not a morning person, and sometimes people can be a little too passionate and caring about their food. Sometimes you'll get a customer who doesn't care what the food looks like. Other times you'll get a customer who's upset the food touched the counter.
