Pros

You receive a pay check

Cons

Your life is sold to the devil. The company completely ignores the fact that you have family and friends. You're on a 6 days on and 2 days off rotation but you're so exhausted on your days off from the grueling 55hr week schedule that you become a zombie on your off days. You are required to work double shifts on every major holiday just to make sure the D level employees don't try to steal money or food. Your vacation days off are controlled and basically it's easy to see their system was and still is (because they lack any moderation and don't believe in adapting to the times) modeled after the same system that enslaved 100's of millions of Africans years ago. You are harassed by customers and the employees most of which have some sort of criminal background yet the make management candidates go through a thorough background check. It was by far the worst employment experience I have ever had. I absolutely DO NOT recommend to any professional or recent college grad from any accredited university.

Pros

Money & Stock (You better be in it for JUST for the money if you decide to come on board.)

Cons

What they forget to tell you in interviews is that once you get promoted to a division manager you will no longer get weekends off except on vacations. You will take 4-6 days off a period and they will be on a monday or monday/tuesday with little to no exception Senior management is all divorced so they don't understand what it means to have a family. They take money over family. Since things run down hill they enforce there beliefs into how you should constantly work day & night. You can get called in on your days off as divison and above with out any exception Work all holidays - To top it off they recently added Valentines (evening shift) as mandatory for a lot of managers in the company. Please remember its all about the money. If you want to have a successful marriage and family life go else where
