      Pros

      Co-Unit Managers are Great to be around when you see them

      Cons

      Too many politics to move up the ladder here. Over, over, over, and over-worked. Need to hire more professional staff in restaurant arena and stop re-hiring former troubled staff. Unit Management Retention rate is low. Unit Managers have no true assistant managers.

      Pros

      Unit manager took his job seriously. The place was always clean and the food fresh. Windows were cleaned once a week, floors scrubbed 2 times a day the foods were kept properly. He gave people who didn't smoke breaks as often as those who did.

      Cons

      Sexual advances from everyone the customers and co-workers alike. I ended up serving and cooking at the same time often because the cook was too busy smoking, and when I did move to a better shift the servers were on pills doing them in the bathroom when they got a minute between tables! The drama was too much, a server ended up crying most nights. Too much stress, not worth it.
