Pros

Good training program. Decent pay for management trainees. Free food. Room for advancement.

Cons

"Old boys club" mindset in relation to advancements. Sketchy business models; poor upper management; forceful approach to getting results from managers; poor pay for managers if they do not meet their bonuses (even if forces are seriously out of their control); unacceptable and completely poor business model and standards for managers. Managers and trainees are completely overworked, with long and cumbersome hours with very little reward. Bonus program is not stable for high-achieving managers--results with eventually level off for manager, but the higher ups will still get their payout. This is a workplace where you WILL get stuck unless you compromise personal integrity and value.

Pros

They are good with promoting from within and rewarding the individuals for doing a great job. Bonuses are pretty nice if you run good numbers and be cheap with operating expenses.

Cons

Wow I can go on and on. The associates are so unprofessional and really don't care at all, but you are in a lose lose situation because if you fire them you wont get your people quota bonus and will be short staffed. As a unit manager you will be the taxi, referee, counselor, maintenance man, punching bag, custodian, and any other thing thats required. This position is a disgrace to anyone with a bachelor's degree. Also, if you are family oriented please kiss those events goodbye. You are required to work all holidays. I worked 15 plus hours on Christmas because my second shift could not handle the volume. If you are in need of a job and dont really have family, friends, and no life this job is for you. I would advise anyone to stay so far away from this company.
