      -Autonomy to run your organization -Privately held company, meaning you can make business decisions without the influence of Wall Street or demand to meet quarterly earnings reports -Well established management systems that work when followed -Opportunities to advance within the organization quickly based on performance and willingness to relocate

      -High front line partner turnover -Outdated IT infrastructure -Company tends to 'push' partners instead of leading changes from the front of the charge

      Pros

      You get to meet new people and get to personally know some of the people that come in who become your "regulars". I have even met a couple of famous people.

      Cons

      The payroll is terrible. I can't even get a loan because the pay check doesn't make sense. The management is terrible and there is no team work at my store. The worst manager I have ever had.

      I believe there are no Pros to this job

      Cons

      As a manager I would put up to 100 hours in a week. They have no assistant manger and this means you as a manager must always go back at night to do the shift change. You also receive calls 24/7 for questions or issues due to no management staff when you are not there. Excessive stress for the pay they offer. I ended up in the hospital and they were upset about this
