      Do you like babysitting adults?

      No home life. 7am until 2/3pm on a rotating 6 day schedule. 6 on 2 off. nightly draw changes at 9 pm everyday you are on call. Good luck having a family as you are on call 24 hours a day. They will talk about growth from within but between myself and my friends who are still in the same position 8 years later I can say it never happens.

      No home life, on call 24-7, 365, long work weeks, no holidays off, poor coaching from higher-ups, employees have your personal number, so calls on days off all the time
