Vibe - relaxed and friendly culture between staff and managers Social - you do make friends Management are quite flexible to life circumstances and are supportive Yearly Bonus 15% Discount

Cons

Pay - while the bonus is great, the hourly rate is low compared to some other supermarkets. If you're not there when the bonus is paid you miss out overall Efficiency problems - aspects of the store not very well designed at times Chairs on the tills were mostly broken and not very clean for years
