Pros

-Partnership discount of 25% in John Lewis and 15% in Waitrose -Partnership Bonus -Really friendly environment -As partnership voice is heard -Organisation which supports the community

Cons

- Can be asked to work huge amounts of overtime, only contracted for 7 hours a week but often working around 20 - Overtime pay often inaccurate as they don't always log your overtime

Waitrose is a great company who have great customer service ethics which I have and use on a daily basis.

Cons

Waitrose need to treat their employees the way they treat their customers and employ more staff.

Great pay the partnership offers great benefits including discounts and other social aspects as well as a brilliant pension scheme

Cons

Managers are unorganised and overtime is rarely added to you payslip, constantly chasing up money and holidays are restricted.
