Pros

The working atmosphere at Waitrose is very nice. All the staff are fully supported. It was my first job out of school and the management were very supportive, I didn't feel intimidated at all!

Cons

I sometimes felt a bit pressured to do overtime! The arrangement of deliveries at Christmas was a bit manic.

Pros

The culture encourages you to work harder and care about your job, which makes the environment a lot more enjoyable.

Cons

It's retail, so it can become very stressful when you don't have enough people to do the work properly. Some people are stuck in their ways, so that's frustrating as well.
