      Pros

      PARTNER BONUS!!!! this is the biggest plus of working at Waitrose. the discounts that you get at both john lewis and waitrose are good. hours are flexible and management for the most part are approachable.

      Cons

      there isn't a lot to add to this role that hasn't already been said. it is a hard job due to the physical nature of the job. after many years working on the shop floor or in the warehouse, you will of course, cause yourself an injury.

      Friendly environment and loved the people. decent salary and you get great discounts from waitrose and john lewis.

      Cons

      I think they could do more to notice the members of staff that go the extra mile.

      Pros

      Positive workplace environment, you get plenty of customer interaction so it doesn't get boring, lots of benefits/discounts and socials through Waitrose and John Lewis on unrelated things like car insurance and driving lessons which was really good.

      Cons

      The work can get a bit repetitive, but that is more representative of the role than the company. Big emphasis on meeting mystery shopper targets so it can get a little stressful and you will sometimes be picked up on for the smallest things
