Colleagues are all lovely The annual bonus Benefits such as days out Good discount at Waitrose and John Lewis stores Progression Opportunities Reasonable employer

Cons

Some customers are incredibly rude and demanding Some managers are often unwilling to help store staff when needed Always understaffed

Pros

Staff discount. A great part time job. They really care about the development of employees. Continuous training programmes. Opportunity to move onto various departments. Regular overtime (extra shifts). Sunday hours ££ A good variety of employees from various backgrounds.

Cons

Holidays - first come first served. Difficult to get leave unless you can find cover. Some favouritism when it comes to promotion.
