Good people, challenging and interesting work environment, all benefits provided.

Cons

Depending on the division within the company, it can be hard to get promoted, because there is almost no turnover in the company. Many associates are there for decades.

Everyone here is required to join the union associated with their position which can be a good thing or a bad thing. The good is that there are contracts in place that protect hours and pay but it also means that people who have the same job as you may not work as hard as you do but they are never fired.
