- Great Company to Work For - Lifetime Career Culture - Close-knit Community - Good Place to get experience out of college - Hard work is rewarded with promotions - Excellent Benefits

Cons

- High turnover for entry-level permanent positions due to bad lower level management (most new hires leave company voluntarily within 2-3 years, far too many within 1 year) - Pay generally lower than similar positions elsewhere.

Pros

Great people. Big company but it feels like a close-knit family. Flexible schedule. A lot of opportunity for growth and both forward and lateral mobility. Monthly events and as it's a food company you can be sure to expect that throughout.

Cons

Starting pay for interns is the same rate regardless of role. Really odd standard.
