Business Outlook
Pros
Strong company that will probably be around forever. The work is pretty easy unless you're a buyer. A good place to work for if you have a family and need a work life balance. Lots of paid time off and many holidays with great benefits.
Cons
You work in a silo with little interaction/cooperation with other departments. They reward time spent at the company rather than actual work ethic. Advancement is based on who you know and how well you can brown nose. Just because someone is a manager, director, or VP of a department does not necessarily mean that they have any skills or background in that field. It's not a place for young, intelligent, ambitious workers. The pay is somewhat insulting.
