The people are great there, friendly atmosphere, options are open for moving within the company which is great if you get bored of doing the same thing easily.

Cons

Pay was average, maybe below average for accounting. No real room to move up in the company at a fast pace. You will have to wait it out.

The company is committed to having happy and engaged employees. The people who work their are friendly and helpful, including leadership. There's a strong focus on training and development which allows people to grow and explore different career paths while not leaving the company. Salary and Benefits are competitive and the company is stable and growing. The work is challenging and interesting, and there's always opportunities to learn new things. The company cares about supporting the community and the environment and gives employees multiple opportunities to do so. Overall, a great place to work which is evident by a very high retention rate.

Cons

Opportunities to work form home or off site are minimal but it is an area that is constantly being re-evaluated.
