      Pros

      Great family oriented company that allows for career growth. The company is open to new ideas while still remaining rooted in the tradition in which it was founded (a small group of entrepreneurs). There is a great sense of small business, balanced by a corporate structure. The people are great -- friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

      Offices need to be redone!

      Some benefits for p/t pharmacists Stores are mostly family owned up to and including those with 30+ stores.

      Cons

      Typical chain mind-set that the pharmacy departments are a necessary evil. However, your supervisors are mostly pharmacists so that greatly helps your employee well being.
