Pros

The people who work here are like a family. Everyone is very caring. The benefits package is exceptional compared to many other companies' packages. This is a very stable company that is growing in number of stores.

Cons

Expect to work hard. There are not enough people for the amount of work expected. No plans to add help in the divisions that have the most work. It's not an easy environment to work in. There are big expectations and if you do not comply, you're not promoted or considered for promotion.

The people were great, learned a lot from people and very grateful for the opportunity given with no experience when I first came out of college.

Cons

Personal growth, promotions, it was difficult to move if you weren't cool with the right people. But even if you move up, the pay was still considerably low compare to other companies.
