      Pros

      Very nice people, great benefits, amazing growth potential for immigrants.

      Cons

      The senior management at the company is very incompetent. For a company that is owned as a co-op between many factions, I would hope they would start hiring some college-educated managers rather than promote from within. As said before, great opportunity for growth into a management position where you lack knowledge.

      awesome lunch no boss looking over you

      Cons

      worked the morning shift (while under probation) during the summertime in a warehouse with no A/C. then got told id have to pick the night shift or lose my job. ended up working in a huge fridge for a week. got sick and quit after 5 days. it sucked.
