Pros

No pros at all at this company.

Cons

Their software is ancient and goes down consistently. You will get micromanaged by your managers, especially if you are a junior level employee. They will do everything in their power to make you feel miserable. There is so much work given to you that even if you try to take lunch break, you will fall behind.

Pros

Team members are friendly and supportive. The medical/dental/vision insurance is excellent.

Cons

The company lacks a data-driven culture. There's a shortage of subject matter expertise. Poor communication between departments. The 4-day in-office requirement creates poor work-life balance. The office spaces are outdated and unclean. There are limited growth opportunities. Annual salary increases are negligible.

Went Downhill

Pros

- Very kind people at associate level. - Internal mobility easier in some divisions.

Cons

- Underpaid compared to rest of industry and little remote work opportunity to make up for it. Why stay when you can go elsewhere and get extra pay, PTO that accrues annually instead of every 5 years, and more remote days? - No rush to fill vacant roles, meaning most of the work gets dumped on those at the bottom of the chain. - Systems are SEVERELY behind and a lot of work has to be done manually. - Few learning opportunities and incentives for talent to stay. You can seek it out if someone is willing to take you under their wing, but there were no formal programs other than leaders in training and stuff for managers. - Multiple rounds of layoffs/reorg lowered morale severely.
