Pros

Great people if you look for them. Close parking, clean bathrooms, nice website, interesting projects, someone may answer your email

I think you can tell by the pro's noted above. Completely lacks transparency. Any changes to benefit plans or anything else are usually released over time at the last minute lacking clarity or time to make informed choices masked by corp speak
