Pros

Great resources to learn more and grow yourself as a manager to better your people skills if you take the company up on their trainings.

Cons

Company preaches engagement and rewarding team members, yet ignores the work life balance, happiness, engagement and opinions of middle management. When managers act to look out for the best interest of their team members because the company wants to talk about being a "family" the company then turns around and cans you for wasting company resources.
