Pros

The people you meet on a daily basis.

Cons

It use to be a great family atmosphere but since they merged with Boots Alliance a few years ago, it has went downhill. No one seems to care about retaining long term devoted employees. If you aren't putting more money into upper management's pockets, they will find a way to get rid of you. If there are anymore 15 plus years employees left, I would be surprised. The grass is definitely much more greener on the other side once you leave this company. Adios!
