Pros

- Great benefits - Nice coworkers

Cons

There were tons of reorganizations and cost cutting initiatives at Corporate when I was there: mass layoffs, low morale, everyone was overworked. Things might have changed since I left though.

Mixed Feelings

Pros

Higher than average starting pay for Texas, fairly consistent routine week to week, and most everyone that I've worked with has been very cool and willing to help coworkers out with projects or switching shifts. At my store, most everyone has each other's backs and that's a welcome feeling.

Cons

Evaluations aren't taken seriously; Pulse meetings are just SFLs talking vaguely about what they want to change, but aren't allowed to; One Store Hourly budget means front end gets no help and pharmacy gets 6-8 people back there during their rush times; HUGE turnover problem, especially with college students.

Pros

Because I'm a manager I get a bonus...which isn't enough to deal with the stress I deal with on a daily basis

Cons

The culture has changed drastically. Less about patient care and more about speed and money. It's about how fast you fill scripts, how many immunizations you can do with the least amount of help possible
