      Pros

      Good benefits package. Able to work overtime regularly.

      Cons

      Opportunities depend on who you know, whether you're a hunting or gaming buddy. Putting inexperienced help in positions of management and leadership has really hurt the Network Division, but luckily those inexperienced Pms, Superintendents and Foremen have moved on. Rewarding inexperienced people with promotions/office jobs when they put in their 2 week notice because of who they know. Pay attention to the ethnicity of the people in the field compared to those in office and you'll see it's a 'Good Ole Boy' system.

      Pros

      Great relationship with GC'S mostly from free lunches, hunting trips and drinking.

      Cons

      Management is playing games with the low voltage side of the business, they are really dedicated to it. Hiring managers without letting anyone know there is an open position gives no chance for advancement and does not reward employees who have been there producing profit. Most meetings wind up having a Men's Club environment with language and jokes. They listen to one person and take their word with getting to the root of the issue.
