      ........... Don't make me laugh.

      Cons

      Been in the field for 20 years and they have the worst superintendent's I have ever seen. The worst two they have are actually brothers.

      Good benefits… Good merch… Had to type this because I needed 5 words to post “pros”

      Cons

      Zero employe recognition below level of super. Little to no room for growth unless your cool with someone. You will not be valued for your skill level or knowledge or accomplishments within the company at any level below super. Expect to be doing foreman/ management duties even at a tech level without a pay increase. If you have a problem at work management is good at dodging every attempt of communication. Contact HR directly if you have issues with something. Over whelming amount of empty promises.
