Company is living on past glory.

Cons

Used to be one of the best electrical contracting company in the DFW metro area. Failed to treat most of its good electricians well. People left for other companies and the company is now just a shadow of its old self.

Cons

money, life work balance is out of control, too man y office politics and upper executives trying to just hold onto their jobs, not a healthy place to work if you are trying to get ahead in life.
