Pros

Um shrug I can’t think of any

Cons

They make it seem like their HR dept is out of this world. It’s not. Willy woke up one day and wanted to go on a shopping spree for companies. A wise person told me that normally these type of organizations don’t do well in the long term.

Pros

Excellent health insurance and 401k

Cons

Poor leadership and very little structure. Expect to fend for yourself with a revolving door of management.

Pros

Great pay, bonuses, benefits & leave. Real family atmosphere. Company is in a growth mode. If you're looking for a career in real estate financial servicing, this is the company for you.

Cons

Long hours, too much work & not enough people. Commute is bad unless you live near the office. Need more telecommuting opportunities.
