Pros

Good benefits, that's about it.

Cons

Management and company as a whole has absolutely no respect for any worker 50 and over. They came in like Huns when they purchased CWCapital and made promises and then weeded out the older, experienced workers.

Pros

The few people you will connect with here are awesome.

Cons

Senior counsel working on upper tier matters is one of the worst supervisors to work for.

Pros

Great systems in place, many good decent employees willing to go above and beyond. Good benefits. Great sense of team in some departments.

Cons

Inexperienced managers that say one thing and do another. You’ll have to watch your back and cover your reared extra well. Lots of finger pointing when things go sideways. Work here if you like to be stressed out over things beyond your control.
