Pros

Walker & Dunlop is product and service focused in multifamily finance. This focus starts at the top and transcends the entire organization. As a result, each employee knows his/her role and understands where we fit into the team. Our CEO is a very well respected leader who leads from a strategic perspective with a full commitment to our public , client and shareholder responsibilities. This perspective is also well communicated in personnel and corporate procedures.

Cons

Pros

After a pretty devastating furlough due to COVID-19, I didn't think I would be able to find a new company/job that I would enjoy the same way. I can say with beaming joy that I was wrong. Walker & Dunlop is better than my last company and here's why: 1.) Opportunity for growth and room to grow into the professional you want to be. I felt stuck at my last job and I truly feel heard at Walker & Dunlop. From the recruiting process to the onboarding process, to working with my manager- I have been heard from day one and continue to feel valued. 2.) Wonderful pay and great benefits. I was offered more than I asked when I was offered my job. In times like these, you find yourself asking for less than you deserve... but Walker & Dunlop saw my worth when maybe I had lost sight in myself. 3.) Culture. Without a doubt, this company is up and coming. They're focused on inclusion and gender equality. Their HR Department that is knowledgeable and caring. Wonderful people to work with. If you're offered a job here- take it. It's an amazing opportunity. You won't regret your decision!

Cons
