Hard Work Recognized, A Couple Downsides

Pros

They company is one of the biggest lenders in the multifamily lending space (and expanding into other areas of RE finance such as private equity) but still has the headcount of a small-medium sized company. That makers it easier to stand out through hard work, and that hard work gets rewarded. I've known several people who were promoted in less than a year based on their merits.

Cons

Starting salaries aren't particularly competitive with the market. That's my main complaint, there's not too much else they're behind on.
