Pros

- Growing quickly in Real Estate, becoming a major player - Challenging work - Extremely open culture. Lot's of opportunities to learn from individuals in other departments - Moving across departments/offices seems very simple and accommodating - Lots of perks and benefits (paid to workout, company picnic is incredible, fun social events)

Cons

- (In Bethesda) 11th and 12th floor employees feel very isolated from each other - Sometimes feels like an exclusive focus on GSE/multifamily business (but getting better!) - Entry level pay seems slightly below market because it's consistent for all new hires.

Pros

An immensely warm, but intensely ambitious company can't be beat. I have been lucky to be a part of a great team, and have wholly enjoyed my interactions with other departments. It's not a perfect company, but there is a lot to boast of, especially in regards to its extra benefits (Thanksgiving potluck/fundraiser, December holiday party, lunch & learns).

Cons

Not all departments/groups are easy to move up in.
