1 No proper management and decision making by the senior employees. 2 Very bad HR Policies and you will get salary after the 20th of the next month for your work 3 CEO has no sense of talking to people, he use abusive language all the time, Colleagues are unfriendly and company has an environment of downmarket and very lower background people who even dont know how to speak proper hindi.. 4 Company is in great loss so dont expect your salary at proper time 5 You will get nothing to learn over there and will only contribute you in exploiting your current skills They treat trainees like factory workers and expect them to work for more than 10 hrs a day 6 Company has very bad market reputation and you will only receive abusive comments from their company's clients. 7 Management trainees and workers have to suffer a lot because of the mistakes done by the developers. 8 Their support for their products is very poor and company's system crash takes place every alternate day 9 No proper time for the senior employees they can come come at any time to office and leave it any time. 10 They compare themselves with Apple Inc. and this is not a joke you will fill it when you join the company
