Pros

they have flexible timing. If you wish to learn things on your own, you get plenty of time to do so.

Cons

The compensation provided is not very encouraging, they only gave me 20% hike on my last drawn salary. Even the appraisal for most pf the people was not more than 15%. Secondly, the most important thing is, they don't have process for any department which makes thing difficult when you switch the company, when you are asked about the methodology and working style. Third, because of the mismanagement you don't learn anything from the company. there's no personal growth, after a time you would feel stagnation and frustration.

Great mentality of personnel, very team driven, very little administrative overhead to get in the way of productively achieving goals.

As startup you can get many but all good.

Pros

Good place for freshers to learn. If you are a fresher you will get to learn things quickly though it backfires most of the times and things don't go according to plan whatsoever.

Cons

Very poor management, poor decision making by the team leader, inexperienced developers and team leaders. Lack of experience in every field and departments, leads to poor decisions which most often work against the product and the company. Bad appraisal policy and leave policy. You will need to work 24 hours for 365 days a years. Salaries given for the work done rather than days attended, more like freelance salary i.e. the management decides if you did the work expected which leads to salary deduction even after working 24 X 7.
