Pros

In wake of the COVID pandemic, having the ability to conduct virtual meetings is more important than ever before. Knowing that the service we provide at WSW is needed more now than ever before gives reassurance of future job security. I for one am appreciative of how hard management have been working over the past few months.

Cons

Management has high expectations that can be difficult to meet. Good work ethic is an absolute must!

Pros

You get to make your own schedule! Perhaps the most flexible job I’ve had to date. Contract worker for the company, but still paid well. Always paid on time every time. Treated respectfully by management. Everyone I talk to are nice.

Cons

They need to be better communicators.
