Pros

This Job has great pay, the opportunity to travel, Flexible Scheduling, as well as professional growth and networking opportunities. For the most part those I worked with in the field were great individuals.

Cons

Unnecessarily stressful working conditions due to Poor communication protocol. The occasional hire of under qualified or under trained contractors. Some senior staff members are unnecessarily harsh in time of crisis.
