Not sure what everyone is complaining about

Pros

Reading some of these reviews you’d think this was the worst place in the world to work, so I went in with low expectations. Six months in and I have no clue what people are complaining about. The hours, wages and the way people are treated in general are fair. The daily duties are straightforward and my co-workers are awesome. Its been smooth sailing since day one.

I’m good. No cons come to mind.

Pros

Despite what some people say our leadership are doing a good job given what they have to deal with because of the pandemic. The sheer range of services we offer (webcasting, editing services, digital signage, etc.) have proven to be invaluable to thousands of organizations throughout the pandemic and will continue to grow in importance as our “new normal” shifts from the physical to the virtual.

Pay could be better honestly.

Pros

Nice co-workers. That's all really.

Cons

Very unorganized, and stressful. No one knows what is going on with projects. Expectations are to handle large projects within terrible time constraints.Honestly. Everything. The hours are terrible. Your job is to listen and record webcastings. You also need to edit the audio and video to spec. Inbetween the time spent listening, you should be updating/writing code.
