      Pros

      Making a positive difference in lives of others. That’s literally it.

      Cons

      Catty nursing management. No direction or accountability. They don’t care about your well being, only your ability to be a body on the floor. I feel like this place took my soul away. I have nightmares about the things I’ve seen and experienced here. They only care about their bottom line. No wonder staff retention is so horrible.

      Pros

      Employees are required to submit a review after 90 days and they are not anonymous. No one submits a bad review. Get a more accurate review from former employees

      Cons

      Management has no connection to residents or staff. Toxic working conditions.

      Hello - we do not require our associates to give reviews. We do send messages to associates asking for them to leave us a review but it's purely optional. We also do not tell associates what to say in reviews. I am sorry to hear you've had a poor experience. We'd love to hear details of your experience so we can get better.
