Pros

The company believes in their mission; especially at the top of the company. They have passion and drive to do the right thing.

Cons

There is a disconnect between the top and the employees, it's hard to support a mission when you're being told what to do with little explanation and poorly compensated (especially with the same positions in divisions). Additionally, there is a gap in experience in some divisions which has put leadership in place that doesn't know the critical functions of their team/division.
