Pros

Tools to do your job. If you have good leadership than Walmart is awesome, if not look for another job or another store to work at

Cons

Favoritism everywhere you go, no fair opportunities to move up if the higher ups already know who they want to move up

Pros

For me they have plenty of opportunities to move up in company and training they give to get you there along with free college. The pay for higher roles in the company is outstanding along with bonus

Cons

Once you get into management the ability to transfer or move to another position is not easy
