Bonuses are nice depending on store profitability

Mandatory 10 hour shifts No work life balance Contradicting direction by upper management Short staffed and hard to keep staffed Market management is not involved with Store Management team besides store manager so issues are not corrected quickly. Little to no training besides company’s “Academy training”
