Pros

The pay is decent, and the employee discount is nice — that’s about it.

Cons

Health insurance is ridiculously expensive and barely covers anything. Management is a complete mess — it feels like they’ll promote anyone just to fill a spot, and almost none of them know how to lead or communicate. The go-to answer from any manager is always “I don’t know.” Don’t expect real support, follow-through, or accountability from anyone above you — because there isn’t any. There’s no real room for advancement, and it’s easy to hit your pay cap fast. Communication across the building is terrible — between shifts, departments, and even HR. The workplace isn’t diverse or inclusive, and hiring seems heavily one-sided. Most of the new hires I saw before leaving didn’t speak English, which made basic communication and teamwork extremely difficult. It’s frustrating and unprofessional at every level.

Pros

It's money. Made some friends

Cons

Yearly raises can be wiped out if the position itself gets a raise so someone walking in gets the same pay as someone who's been there for years. Can cut your hours if whole store overuses overtime.
