Pros

Co-workers are mostly really good people

Cons

No chance for advancement Yearly pay increases are only .20 to .40 cents Never any acknowledgement or recognition or praise for a job well done Management never listens - no respect given employees On a downhill slide - benefits being cut - more interested in taking from employees and allowing theft by customers

Pros

friendly front end staff overnight pay is ok

Cons

Seems like the only way you can get advancement with the company is by knowing the right people. Even if you have more experience than another person odds are your stuck where your at.
