Pros

The benefits and stock options are decent. The people that you work with are the best reason to look forward to work.

Cons

Management expects you to do the job of 3 people and have your work completed. The pay is pathetic. Management does not care about you. Employes are means to an end, not people with lives and families.

Pros

Social aspect. Great safety team. TV in the breakroom (only if we were 30+ days accident free though.) Casual dress code. Vacation was approved. You get great retail experience by working so many different departments. They will promote you if you work hard.

Cons

Terrible pay for front end management. No support. Unfair treatment of associates. Getting in trouble for things you were never trained on. Not enough training. Always understaffed. No consistency from upper management. Crazy retail schedules. (Closing then opening, ect.) Always late breaks/lunches. No coverage for call-outs. Will deny almost all availability changes. They will schedule you when you're not available.

Pros

Works with your schedule. If you have a friend in management, then you can get away with murder.

Cons

no benefits, you only move up if you have a friend in management, always looking for ways to fire people
