Pros

Company is actually growing, and hiring in a tough economy.

Cons

The company claims to pride itself on respect for the individual. Unfortunately my experience didn't bear that out. At times I felt the environment was actually abusive.

Pros

They have a lot of different discounts in addition to the employee discount they offer. The pay is ok but nothing to write home about.

Cons

Horrible communication in stores. Management doesn't have the flexibility to work with associates about scheduling. They can only schedule the hours they are given. That tells me that senior management doesn't trust their field management to make decisions in the best interest of the company.
