Pros

Pay is a little better than most jobs in this area.

Cons

Management constantly disrespects the employees and expects 1 person to cover many many areas alone. Little room for advancement.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere and you can make a decent amount of money working there. In general, the people are friendly and willing to help out with any problems you have.

Cons

You need to know someone to get promoted above assistant manager. On the hourly side, the pay ranges are not that strong and raises can only happen once a year.

Pros

Friendly co-workers "We are in it together" kind of atmosphere Overall, an interesting experience

Cons

Pay is low. It goes up in ridiculous increments of 20-25 cents (in 2005). So earning an increase of 50 cents seemed like a big deal. It felt miserable. Lots of brainwashing. To make up for low salaries, management tries to make employees feel proud of what they do.
